Welcome to Home For Butterflies

Support at home and in the community

Home For Butterflies is a vendor agency based in Manchester, NH. We work with the Area Agencies, service coordinators and families to support each person in a safe, caring home and help them be part of their community.

Our residential homes are certified by the NH Department of Health and Human Services, and our services are funded through NH Medicaid.

Residential Services

Individuals live with a trained Home Care Provider in a family-style home, with support for daily living, health and community life.

Community Participation

Day support in the community, built around each person’s goals, interests and skills.

Respite

Short-term support that gives families and caregivers time to rest and recharge.

Behavior Support

Behavior support plans and caregiver training to help each person feel safe and succeed at home and in the community.

Nursing Support

Our nurses visit each home regularly, review medications and health needs, and train Home Care Providers to give medications safely.
